BJ Educare Limited (trading as BJ EduCare) respects your personal information. This statement explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you enquire with us or use our services.

• Student background and enquiry content: study history, goals, timing, budget, and any other information you share with us in forms or conversations;
• Basic technical information needed to run the website (such as access logs), recorded in the usual way by our website service providers.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare an initial view of study pathways;
• To coordinate applications and related services;
• For follow-up communication directly related to your enquiry.

We will only send you marketing communication if you have separately agreed to receive it.

Storage and processing

Your information may be stored or processed by the technology providers we use, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Forms, our email service and our website hosting providers. Some of these providers may store or process information outside New Zealand; they handle data under their own security and privacy standards.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their marketing. We only share personal information where it is needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver a service you have asked for (for example, with an education provider you are applying to), where the law requires it, or with your consent.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for business, legal and record-keeping purposes, and then delete it securely.
